The front staff is the best!!! They're so informative and kind, they always try to work with you to get the best care possible, and give you options that most dentist offices would dismiss. I've been with them for 4-5 years and moved further, but I continue to come here because of the amazing service. The dentists are compassionate and you get that instant vibe from the first time meeting the dentist that they want to take care of your needs when it comes to your teeth, they are very thorough with information and always make us feel like we can ask any questions without feeling judged. They're great with kids too, my little one hates doctor/dentist appointments but they deal with her very well. If I could give a higher rating on here I would. Thank you so much Midwest Family Dental !

I had a great experience here! The staff was very nice and helpful, explaining and answering questions. The dental assistant explained every step before she did anything and made sure I was feeling comfortable. The doctor answered my many questions kindly and was warm and positive. The office and rooms were clean. Great staff and doctors, great service, my favorite visit to the dentist in years!

Switched from my family's dental office since they're over an hour from the city to Midwest Family Dental and I'm beyond happy that I didn't have to sacrifice the care I got from a dentist who happens to be family. Their office is run so well and is so inclusive and kind. I never have a problem getting information, even if its related to insurance, which often confused me.

Grest care and patience from the dentists and assistants , the front staff I believe is the main reason why I choose this place compared to choosing any other dentist , they are always curtious and make me feel welcome I. Addition they sure know how to make kids feel excited and not afraid from the typical child fear of the dentist .
