This place has hooked me up so many times. They have a great selection, knowledgeable staff, and they're usually willing, if they have the time, to go the extra mile and help me out with prep or selection or workarounds. Their pre-marinated selections are very well done, and my only note is that I wish they were open later. Love this spot.

Awesome boutique butcher shop on the east side of Piedmont Park. Small batch sourced with a variety of meats. Bought a grass feed ribeye. Did not disappoint.

Excellent service and products. I work for the Food Network and needed a large order of salmon, short ribs and specially prepared chicken for filming with a celebrity chef. Midtown butchers came to our rescue. Everything was prepared exactly to our unique specifications, exactly on time. Chef was thrilled at the excellent quality and preparation. Could not recommend more for both specialty orders and home cooks.

I would never figure that a butcher shop would have such a good cheesecake but the chocolate cheesecake is some of the best cheesecake I've ever had. I can only imagine the quality and deliciousness of the other things that they sell. I think I'll have to expand my horizons but I'll be back very soon for some chocolate cheesecake.
