Amazing from start to finish. I have used this company for the last two years and have found them BEYOND knowlegable, kind, and impressive. I did a lot of research on local companies and found this mid size organization, outside of the Charlotte city limits offered exceptional customer service, delivery times, knowledge, and fair prices. Win all around. The delivery person we had come the second time remembered the previous delivery and was very polite on how good all the work we did looked and spent extra time walking my yard when we said we were considering larger rocks as well. I can not say enough about this company from the people who answer the phone through to delivery. The owner is a great guy too.

Amazingly fast service. Roger helped me calculate my needs and offered a MUCH appreciated delivery recommendation. Hard work is good for us, but there's no need to be a poor steward of my abilities and my truck was not going to haul all I needed in 5 trips so the delivery was much appreciated. Ralph arrived a few short hours later with the delivery. Good people. Great product. Will be doing business again!
I’ve bought rocks-in-bulk from Metrolina Mulch about 10 times so far since last summer. The people there are nice, their prices are fair and they always make sure they never short me on quantity; most times they even give me more than I pay for! They are also skilled at unloading/placing rocks/mulch etc. in customers vehicles. Sometimes ill get more than one type of bulk-product, and they’ll place them side-by-side in my truck bed. I highly recommend them. I won’t buy from anyone else as long as I’m doing this type of landscape work. Also, they’re military-friendly.
Great people own the business. A veteran owned company who remembers the community they operate in.their products are great and they are a fixture in midland. It’s nice to see people help the community not just make money in it. Thanks Phil and pam
Stopped in several times to get info on product and pricing. The owner/manager was never there. The lady in the office was kind of snobby and gave excuses about why no one was there to help. She offered an email and stated “he’s really good at responding to emails.” I’m sorry, I like to do business face-to-face. Especially given the amount of money I plan to spend. You can’t run a business from email.
