They refused to honour the warranty when we had a winter ice damage on the back trunk door, we leased a brand new car from them assuming we are covered for damages, little did we know they will ask us to pay for repairs. Very disappointed with the after sale customer service at Honda. Will never buy a Honda ever again. Extremely rude customer service representative who wouldn't listen to the customer. There is zero concern for customer satisfaction after the sale has been made.

Fabulous personnel at Midland Honda. So welcoming and accommodating of our schedule. And what a great purchase. I was presented with several options from purchase to lease and am very happy with the outcome. I chose to lease to keep up with technology in the future. When my lease expires I then have the option to trade for the next newest model but I love my new 2021 Sport CR-V so much I may buy it outright. Customer service here is second to none. Thanks, Paul, for giving showing us the best vehicle choice for us and a special thanks to owner, Richard Davies, for providing us with the best alternatives and for going the extra mile.

Awesome experience!! I was originally looking for a car where I currently live down in Windsor but the one I wanted was sold out. I was told finding one would be finding a unicorn, but I called my sister who lives up north to go see if any dealerships had one left. Lucky me, Midland Honda did! My sister got me some information then shortly after, I spoke with Josh. He was a delight to deal with and I'm glad he got the be the salesman of my first car! Josh answered all my questions and they delivered the car right to my door! Driving down through the crazy snow we just got and the never ending construction on the hwy. I was so greatful for such a wonderful experience. I Would also like to give Chris, the finical advisor a shout out for being so wonderful!!
