One of the best online experience I had recently. Next day delivery in the morning before 12.am amazing. Even I changed my order but still on time. Order contained swa and storm glands. Excellent customer service over the phone.

Don't buy from these people, item broke after a few weeks and no reply or help from customer services at all, very disappointing.
Very poor, first delivery damaged consumer unit and going rusty and second order never got delivered. Very poor after sales, don't waste your time
I have ordered 2 GSM dialler, one circuit missing on the delivery. called last week they promise to send me another one next working day......waited....no delivery. I called today ...guy was act like a new case again and said he will call back in 15 min..... waited whole day!!... still no one called me. We are installers how do I pass this on to customers. very disappointed. I will stay with TLC and CEF for ever.
Terrible customer service I placed the order online and paid for next day delivery but only got one item delivered out of 05 items, I have job booked over the weekend I was told rest of the stuff will not arrive till Monday. Spoke to Superlec customer service but once again it was waste of time. Rang the delivery services they said supplier didn't get in touch with them regarding the delivery status. They didn't even bother to ask delivery services why rest of the stuff not delivered on time.
