I’ve driven by this store everyday on my way to work and decided to finally stop in and take a look. Saying I was impressed would be an understatement! This store is beautiful! The outdoor kitchens they have are like no other and the customer service was outstanding. Riley and Rolando did an amazing job making me feel welcomed and appreciated! They offered refreshments and did an outstanding job of getting me to understand the advantages of their outdoor kitchens in comparison to getting a contractor. I’ll definitely be back once my backyard is ready for an outdoor kitchen!

Paradise Grills has an amazing assortment of outdoor kitchens and accessories. My sales rep Endri took the time to walk my wife and I through all our options without any sales pressure. I would definitely ask for him. I placed an order today and am looking forward to my new outdoor paradise soon! I ordered the Aruba 8 and I can't wait.

Showroom is beautiful and displays the many available options. You feel like you're on vacation the minute you walk thru the door!! The staff was all very friendly and our salesperson, Rolando was the best!! He helped us with all of the options to configure an outdoor kitchen & BBQ that would best fit our needs! I can't wait until it's delivered!

Although the system was expensive, we purchased the Tahiti model. Looking back after all the issues and the lack of customer service response to 12 emails and countless phone calls, we regret buying the system and definitely know we severely overpaid for it. NOT worth it, even at a \discount\. It has been almost 6 months,, several different \customer resolution specialists\ and we still cannot listen to the radio and a smaller TV than what we were expecting. I have been MORE than patient and finally fed up waiting. I did not want to write this review, but I have no choice.
