The cruise line was not very helpful. It is not preteen friendly. There is not a lot to do if you don’t gamble or drink. Very bad experience went to Bahamas did not get to see much best fun was coco island that was short lived. They do air to sea but stuck at airport for hours. Have to find your own way to ship and back to airport. Everything is about money not being friendly and helpful. Cruise is not good if you don’t have great paying jobs and you have multiple children. Lines are long for slides. The pool water is cold but is not set up for young children. Very disappointed all about money not customer service you are just a number to them.
Perfect day Coco Cay is awesome! My family enjoyed it so much. We can't wait to go again. The weather was just perfect, the food was pretty good, it was very entertaining with the music and junkanoo mini carnival. The fireworks were spectacular. It was worth every penny.
Going to this terminal means a new adventure! This terminal is so beautifully decorated and comfortable. We only waited for about 5 mins before being let on the ship!
Our 4th cruise with Royal Caribbean the only way to cruise!! The staff are wonderful friendly efficient the food amazing. The Symphony of the Seas a marvel in technology and beautiful.
