Easy enough to drive here &park up. Pleasant enough building with a few old artifacts and an amusing bit of wall art in the gents toilet. In a large seated waiting area waiting to board a cruise ship.

The place is a bit of a dump on the outside. Decent enough collection point for suitcases, but beware of the supposed taxi stance. No chance. Book a taxi in advance and save the stress. There was supposed to be a taxi queue with a Marshall, but that didn't exist either.

Sorry but the place is a dump and should be relocated it’s not fit for purpose I’ve been to cruise terminals all round Europe and all of them were fantastic but tilbury should be flattened

This is a very lovely cruise terminal. Excellent helpful staff. From parking your car to boarding your cruise ship . Fantastic experience. Well done to all staff.
