Great experience at this dealership! After being hassled and pressured at a few other bigger dealerships, I came here to check out a vehicle. These guys were very friendly, honest and genuinely interested in customer satisfaction..and sell at a very fair price! Frank was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my car purchase. I will definitely be looking to them for any future purchases and have been recommending them to others as well.
I bought a 2006 BMW X5 a month ago. The personnel there treated me with dignity and respect! Rick Hernandez is the gentleman who helped me out with my car buying transaction. He brought the car from the dealer to my home so I could drive it back to the dealer to close the deal.(Talk about a test drive!). He is a very experienced salesman and answered all my questions in a very kind, patient and professional manner. The management also very professional and respectful during the whole transaction. My family and I are enjoying, this great ride! And you know that you can always trust German Engineering. I recommend this place of business to anybody looking for a decent used luxury car. I bought a BMW from metro auto traders, and the service was great. Tom was really great, he helped me purchase my car. The staff was very welcoming, and they helped me find exactly what I needed. I went to many dealerships, but this was the best one. Metro Auto Traders is a great dealership! I would recommend it to everyone.
These guys know customer service! Really nice people to do business with. Very nice selection of cars. I bought a 2008 Chevy Avalanche, fully loaded, which was already according to Cargurus a great deal. It was still priced a little out of my budget. The Owner (Mark) and salesman (Lester) worked very hard to get me into the car. I had been shopping for this car for a while. No dealer, big or small came close to how nice, professional and courteous these guys were. Even their finance guy (Mike) was awesome. He got us through the paperwork quickly. Mark call me several days after to check on the car and even though the car was bought "As Is", he said if I ever had a problem to let him know and they would take care of it. I know a lot of people might say that but I believe him. He really seems like a true man of his word. Thanks Mark, Lester and Mike!

I was looking for a very reliable car and Mark and His staff where very friendly and professional. They helped me to get the best deal. Then a few weeks later they fix my brakes and belts for a very reasonable price. the service was very professional and they explained to me all the process and how to maintain my car running like new. I will totally recommend this place to family and friends.
I highly recommend this place, I did a lot of shopping around and they were by far the best. The prices were very reasonable and everyone was so nice and helpful. My salesman seemed very experienced and knowledgable on cars, he helped me pick out a nice BMW in my price range. I hate car shopping but this was my best experience.
