The doctor and nurses were nice and that’s all I can say. Three rounds of calling to set up an appointment, each time the call going to voicemail, getting a call back and reexplaining my voicemail to them to be told I called the wrong department, and being forwarded to the “correct” department, just for the next line to not pick up or call me back for 24 hours. Literally 3 days to schedule one appointment, 30 days out. Then I get a call saying they had an early cancellation, and if I wanted to come in sooner. Sure, of course. Then I show up for the new appointment to be told in an annoyed attitude their computer system was down all morning and they forgot they needed to call me and cancel my appointment. They still gave it to me but it was obvious they had overbooked themselves.

Doctor Steven Farber has saved me from my breathing problems. For years no Dr. could help me all they did was treat my issues with medications that never went away. Dr. Farber actually looked for, found and treated my problems. When I was in the hospital Dr. Farber treated me and saw me twice a day sometimes as late as 9pm to me that is a Doctor who cares for his patients. All of the office help is extremely helpful and always courteous and go above and beyond. Thank you all for the great Medical Care I Continue To Receive. Louis F. DiGirolamo

Don’t go to this office for care. I thought the front desk lady can’t be that bad. She’s worse than rude, and the 100 cancellation fee is true. They really will charge you 100. I’m now seeing a different doctor, and can’t be happier. No one deserves to be treated the way she treats you.

Absolutely terrible. These people called me a day before my original appointment, asking me if I'd like to come in an hour early. I said sure, and shifted around my plans. I show up, sit in the lobby for nearly an hour, all while listening to an employee cackle with her friend (who didn't work there) about things you'd hear high school girls gossip about before I left that place. Keep my copay, you won't see me coming back ever. Read their reviews.... there's a reason they have 1 star. Their lack of service explains why they charge people 100 cancellation fees... I'm sure majority of their 'customers' cancel after dealing with them. That's probably the only way these people stay in business.

For god sake do not use their service, the office manager is so rude, she enjoys confrontations, and is so unprofessional. She is disliked by the staff, but nothing can be done about it, because one of the doctors protects her job. As the Doctor told me he understands she is difficult but, that she does a good job with the financials. I guess patients take a back seat to someone who is good with numbers. I have filed a complaint and looking forward to telling my full story. The Doctor and the rest of the staff are very nice, it's to bad the Doctor will not stand up to her, it to bad because she is affecting the morale of the entire staff.
