We had the pleasure of receiving a property tour with William Smoot who also assisted us with the application process. William was very helpful in providing us essential information from start to finish that ultimately helped us conclude our apartment search journey as we signed a lease here. Out of all the apartment communities that my girlfriend and I had toured in the past couple of months, I would certainly say that William stood out with his genuine customer service and personality.

The move-in process was relatively smooth and the apartment was clean and freshly painted. However, we've lived here for 2 weeks and so far our AC has broken and a door has literally fallen off its hinges. Maintenance has responded relatively promptly, but it's not a great first impression.

Meridian Ballston is a fantastic place to live. I lived here for 2 years and the management and maintenance staff are amazing. The apartments are great, the community is wonderful, and in my 2 years here, I only ever had 1 complaint in regards to my car being towed (I was clearly parked over the line in a mostly empty garage, so while it was technically my fault, my car was towed and I didn't get any notification from management that it had been towed so it sat in the lot and I had to pay for 2 days of parking in the tow lot, which was expensive). No matter how busy things get, they always seem to find time to talk to their tenants and address their concerns. Maintenance is incredibly fast and efficient! The only reason I moved out was that it was getting a little too expensive for me and I got a job in a different part of VA that would require a long commute from this location.
