Been living here for almost a year now, the leasing office has been amazing! My lease was ending and my other plans fell through and they were able to get me set up in a new one the same day! There have been some tensions regarding some tenants refusing to wear masks but that’s out of the leasing offices control and unfortunately there’s nothing really that can be done.

I am very convinced that the bad reviews written on here are by people that can't be satisfied with anything. The Towers is a beautiful place to live. All the neighbors are super friendly. The management team is amazing and have helped me with anything I needed. The parking is not bad at all and if you want your own spot in the garage it's a small monthly fee. Overall, I love this place and plan on staying here for the next couple years.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, this place is great. The office staff are friendly and very helpful, especially Chelsea. Rent and utilities are very reasonable. The building is older so I can understand occasional elevator maintenance. I plan on staying here for many more years. I live on the 8th floor and love my view. My only complaint is some of the hallways smelling of Marijuana and the management team is working to resolve this.

Been living here 3 months so far. In that short time I've learned: -The walls are thick with usually quiet and friendly neighbors. Couples fight, things happen, its life. -Management is extremely nice and quick to resolve any issues. Same day as requests sometimes -Parking is pretty dang good, and worth the upgrade for a garage spot. -HVAC works immaculately -Water temp gets hot and fast, with high pressure -Clean facilities, carpets, walls, and rooms. -Lots of food, grocery stores, and gas nearby. As far as studio, 1b/br, and 2b/br apartment complex go, this is by far one of the best in the area. Secluded and a gorgeous \campus\ area of Four Lakes make it well worth the price.

I know when you are reading those reviews, you are seriously considering of moving into this apartment. If you only need a place to rest and recharge yourself for next-day work, then CLOSE THIS PAGE AND CONSIDER OTHERS. I was an tenant in this building, and experienced a horrible year. All the negative comments are true, bad neighbors, poor management company, and high rental fee. I frequently saw police officers in the building at night, which means the tension between neighbors was high. The elevators were always down and weren't back until several weeks. So, you will enjoy good exercise of climbing to the top floor. One time, the management company calculated the wrong rental fee, charged less than the actual one. The first thing they did was charging late-fee from you.
