We bought this car for my wife and she loves it. We had a really great guy named Cody that helped us out and took care of us. This is our first Mercedes and we want to make sure the experience is world class as we heard about and not just a hype. So far it has been world class. It has only been a 5 days since we purchased the car so we will see if it continues with services and assistance after purchase.

I always enjoy coming to this Mercedes Benz dealership for various reasons: The staff is always super courteous, the facility is always well maintained, customer service is awesome, service department is outstanding, and while I’m waiting for the completion of my service, I enjoy staring at potentially future cars. I had my car serviced for repairs and Thea Hovet was my service advisor. She was extremely nurturing! She was knowledgeable, very honest, she message me MULTIPLE times a day with updates. As a woman we often feel taken advantage of (just being honest), but Thea really made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend working with her and Mercedes of Littleton. The only down fall is now I want to purchase the loaner car!

Great experience and my second Mercedes purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Littleton. I have purchased many euro-imports (Porsche, BMW, Audi, SaaB, etc) and you definitely want to purchase from a Mercedes dealer as opposed to a lot that doesn't specialize. Otherwise, you are just asking for trouble. Chuck (the salesman) was very professional and made the experience enjoyable and without any pressure to buy. I am highly recommending Chuck and Mercedes Benz of Littleton.

I've never been treated better at a dealership. Kudos to Marc, the Sprinter guy, who attended me while looking for information about commercial vans. Usually i get the judmental eye, the \what am i doing here\ look because of my Latin complexion and honestly, as a GenXr I hate to dress up. Would buy anytime!
