Having previously always bought BMW we gave Mercedes a shot. The price was what we wanted, but we did not feel appreciated or if the dealer was going above and beyond. Understandable I suppose in these trying times. The Chesterfield Dealership is 10 X better than the Mercedes Derby dealership. We visited Derby twice and got the cold shoulder from staff who could not be bothered. We decided to visit the Chesterfield branch and they did a good job and as such we ordered a car after one visit.

If I could give 10 stars - I would !! What an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Alan Hayes has made me feel so valued as a customer, I can't thank him enough for his care and consideration. He truly has done everything he could to help me find the right car for me, and then to make the experience such a special one. I understand customer care - its the life breath of my own business, but its seldom that I experience elsewhere, the level of care that I give my own clients - until I visited Mercedes Chesterfield. Even before there was a whiff of a sale, Alan gave his time outside office hours, as the showroom was closing, to wander around the car park with me, explaining the benefits of each vehicle I liked the look of. No pressure, no attempt at a sale - he just gave advice when asked and wished me a good evening when I left. I was back 3 days later, and knew then that I'd be speaking only to Alan when choosing my next car. It was that simple. I've just collected the car - just 5 days later and again, the experience was just above and beyond any expectations I might have had. For anyone considering the purchase of a new or used car - I'd genuinely recommend Mercedes Chesterfield, and specifically Alan Hayes who has been a diamond. I'm going to relax now and study my car manual - I want to know how to operate all these lovely features.... electric head rests ?? Who'd have thought it?....

My wife’s car developed a issue with its auto gearbox. The car was under Mercedes extended warranty being 5 years old and was taken in for extensive repairs. We could not fault the level of service and customer care from Mercedes chesterfield, they were polite and courteous at all times. We were even informed of an issue that we weren’t aware of and this was also taken care of under their warranty. We will continue to use this branch and will be looking to purchase our next car through them. Thanks Mercedes of chesterfield
