We have received nothing but shoddy treatment from Mendip Fireplaces. Our gas fire was installed in March 2016 and since then we have brown staining around the fire and up our chimney breast ruining the decor. Mendip Fireplaces after sales service has been consistently lacking with appointments ignored, the director stating simply 'I forgot.' We are now unable to use the gas fire as we've had it disconnected due to safety fears and Mendip Fireplaces are refusing all contact.
Great service from start to finish. We changed our mind a bit on what we wanted but the team were really helpful and knowledgeable. Really pleased with our new fireplace. Thanks guys.
Highly recommend. Jane, karen and everyone else we dealt with were amazing. From the initial visit, Jane was so helpful and gave such honest advice and the selection of fireplaces were not only outstanding but had so much choice with lots of different options. Go and take a look for yourselves, the quality is second to none.. you really do get what you pay for. :) Thank you!
Excellent service from both Mendip Fireplaces and supporting company, Burley Appliances, which actually fitted the fire. The staff were helpful and efficient and I am very happy with the end product. The staff were particularly helpful with providing information to my insurance company in support of my claim following accidental damage to the original fire.
