Ii ordered a electric scrambler bike for my son's birthday but on understanding of end of February for delivery and was then informed of a delay into the end of march due to covid and new lock down. His birthday was 5 th February , and a massive THANKYOU to you at fun bikes and your staff, making it possible for me to recieve it on the 6 th of February, I had a very happy little man thanks to your customer skills,sending it next day delivery thanks you so much and I really do appreciate all you done for me in making my son happy! I rate you so high and have no faults what's so ever, you are quick at replying to me and followed up with your promise thankyou, I'll be as loyal as you were to me

My goodness I cannot think of a more appropriate name for a business. This brilliant store stocks an incredible array of “off road” motorbikes, quads and electric scooters. The staff, Jack in particular, were all helpful and knowledgeable. I thoroughly recommend Fun Bikes
Faulty after 7 months and no warranty I am sorry to be having to write this review. My back ground is 11 years helping to run a main dealership in the role of sales manager / store manager with brands such as KTM HONDA YAMAHA and others. I purchase the 1300w electric dirt bike on the 20.5.20 for my 7 year old. It was for his birthday and I was expecting delivery well before the 30th the big day. It got to the 28th and still no delivery. After calling many time and not able to get through I managed to speak to some one who said it had not been sent so after a 1hour round trip I had to collect . It then took 5 calls to get the delivery charge returned. After using the bike in the summer we had been quiet happy with it. Until around Christmas a battery fault occurred. Finding it very hard to get to talk with someone from the store I eventually sent a email. After 10 email back and forth I was told I had to pay 150 for a new battery which after spending 800 on a bike I was not happy with. Hence the bad review. I hope you all buy with care from this company as in my experience it's not a good experience.
bought a bike for my grandson for Christmas paid 99 to have assembled so it would be ready to use on Christmas morning. the bike could not be used as it had 2 broken parts , took almost 3 weeks to get new parts so my grandson could not use his Christmas gift . i paid over 800 for this bike its not second hand its meant to be brand new and they would not even refund the assemble cost . so shop around and think before you order from this company . Customer service is an absolute joke. Needed a part for my sons bike and emailed them sevral times asking what was the correct part for his bike and heard nothing back. So i bought the part i thought it was (which ended up being the wrong part) ended up selling the bike for spares as i couldnt get the part i needed. They have no problem sending emails about promotions or if you buy something but cant help a customer out. Wouldnt buy another thing from them
