I've been seeing Angela Stevens since badly damaging my rotator cuff a few years ago. As a massage therapist, I thought my career was over, but Angela has been amazing. I can easily do a full day's work and I have full range of motion (so many people I know with this injury have frozen shoulder) - I feel lucky to have found her. If I don't see her for a while, I begin to experience what life with a damaged rotator cuff could be like and it's painful!
I went in to see Angela Stevenson with a bad back,Frozen shoulder, a stiff neck and a troublesome Hiatus hernia. Angella set about loosening my back and my neck first.She tried to release any tension on the Vegas nerve which controls the acid in my stomach around the Hiatus. She then carried out Micro Current Therapy on the Hernia area and shoulder. Angela also demonstrated how I can relieve Back ,Neck and Shoulder ache with a massage ball.This I have been practicing and found invaluable , it is awesome. This all happened over several sessions and I am back windsurfing and have some serious relief after 18 months grief with the Hernia. Thank you very much Angela.
