Wonderfully facetious receptionist. I’ve mentioned the issue of their customers blocking the pavement once before (despite seeing it numerous times) as I know this path is used by a woman with a guide dog. This time the receptionist said she authorised it and she hadn’t seen blind woman recently (I’ve seen her within the last two weeks). I pointed out she doesn’t have the authority to authorise it and it’s parked illegally regardless of whether or not that particular blind woman needs to pass. She was incredibly sarcastic in her gratitude towards me for pointing it out “again”. I’ve campaigned for Guide Dogs on the subject of pavement parking and, having mentioned it (politely) before, I find this kind of attitude pretty annoying. They could have quite easily arranged the cars so as not to block the entire pavement.
I have been attending the Osteopathics Harpenden for well over 30 years now. They have kept me physically very well. In fact, without the attention of my osteopath I might have become wheel-chair bound many years ago. He diagnosed a serious illness 17 years ago that my doctor had failed to investigate.
