We usually order from here & the food is alright, but tonight we have decided we will not be coming here again. We placed our order around 7pm & was told it would arrive at 8:15pm, which was not a problem. At 8:50 we still had not received our food so my partner rang & we was told it would be 5-10 minutes. It arrived at about 9:05. My partner ordered a donner kebab with no salad, yet when he opened it, it had salad on. He called back at 9:10pm to tell them & they said that they’d bring him another one without the salad. 9:29pm they rang him back saying they aren’t bringing him another one because he did our salad on the order, which he knows he didn’t as he hates salad. The guy was really rude to him & told him that if he doesn’t like salad, to take it off. The rest of my partners food was cold by the end of it & I had to eat alone. Extremely bad customer service.

We order here regularly and today was lovely as usual, chicken kebab was delicious. Well cooked chicken plenty of fresh salad. Pizzas and garlic pizza were well cooked and very hot. Ready for collection at the time requested.
