Staying in the meditation center is a totally new experience for me. The master there is very friendly same goes to the people in the center. I enjoy interacting with them. The master taught me some meditation methods and also brought me to the temple nearby for sight-seeing. If you enjoy greenery, Minggu's place is definitely the best of you can find. No communication barrier with the people over there as Google translate work perfectly fine. The master speaks good English so no worries. Will go back if I visit Thailand again.

I had a great experience of a new culture during my stay in the temple. Everything is provided and free, also the master teaches us how to meditate which is amazing . Such a wonderful place if you need a peaceful time for yourself away from a hectic city.
Good place for meditation and friendly people. I laughed a lot with monks. I felt in love that place. Good monks and pray to Buddha. Cool. Recommended to visit there.
The days with Minggu were amazing! We learned so much from him and his master and it was very interesting to get an insight in the monks‘ life. Everybody was so kind to us and offered help when we needed it. But here is an important thing to know: if you don’t want to follow the rules of the meditation center, you better find another place to stay because it will cause trouble for Minggu and we don’t want that ;) When we come back to Thailand we’ll definitely stay again at your place, thank you so much!
Unfortunately we could not get to know Minggu in person, as he was away on a trip, but he nevertheless accepted to host us at the meditation center, where all the other people took care of us, giving us much attention and treating us as family people! Even though they did not speak English with gestures and smiles, they showed us all their hospitality! The Maestro Monaco, who instead communicated with us in English was really fantastic, took us to visit Ayuttaya and taught us many things about meditation and Buddhist prayer! It was a unique and indescribable experience spent in our first four days in Thailand in this wonderful place full of peace! Thanks to Minggu for choosing to host us and thanks to all the people in the center!
