My Fiancée & I met with met Jim Broderick to discuss options & price on the Corsair Reserve. It was Saturday afternoon, I was misinformed of Saturday hours of operation, Jim gave a call to see if I was still coming, I said yes, Jim said he would wait and not to rush. On arrival Jim was notified & ready to assist and we took the car for a drive. Once we returned Cheryl & I sat down with refreshments offered to discuss the Corsair. Jim was attentive, supportive & understanding. He took no shortcuts & helped in given us all available discounts, rebates that applied. This took time... he had the patience & the knowledge it took to get us the car package we were look for; at the price which was good for us. The following Saturday we picked up the Corsair, Jim (GREAT GUY) went over the whole car's bells & whistles... without caring about the time it took to do so. If it wasn't for Covid-19 Jim would have gotten big HUGS from the both of us... but instead lots of elbow bumps. I have a MKZ, when need to replace I will come see Jim. Above and beyond service. Took me in nice and early and got to pick the day and time that worked best for me and that is awesome. Felt taken care of and a valued customer. Honest and very trustworthy. Forgot some personal items in my car that were very important to me and the Service gentleman that assisted me made sure to put it all away safely till I came back to pick up the car. Car was nice and clean when picked up. No hand marks or dirty feet stains which is a . Showed me that they actually care about your vehicle. Will definitely be returning for future service.

It’s interesting, I had a very similar experience as the reviewer Lisa. I really tried to do a deal with Herb Chambers before receiving a call from Bernie. Herb Chambers couldn’t have made it more difficult to try to buy a car from them. It was like they were doing me a favor. I cringed at every contact point with that dealership. Bernie, from Sentry on the other hand, reached out after I expressed my concern to both Lincoln corporate and a marketing company that with showcasing the new Aviator...that all I wanted to do was buy the car and nobody could sell one to me. Bernie, called letting me know he heard that I was looking for one of these new Aviators. Mark, brought one to my home for my wife to see/drive. We then followed up with both of them, no pressure, and ordered exactly what we wanted (colors, packages, etc). 12 weeks later, to the day, it was sitting in my driveway. They facilitated our X-plan, which eliminated negotiating and made a solid offer for our trade. The purchase couldn’t have been anymore straight forward or smoother, and everything was transparent and had been covered prior to me shooting up to Medford to sign for the car. The next day, Mark (who was the salesman assigned to the deal that we really like) showed up with the car, explained everything to my wife, and drove off with my Jag (which we traded). My grandfather, who passed away 10 years ago used to purchase a new town car from Sentry every 2-3 years. I now know why. Great experience, wonderful team and when/if I am in the market for another Lincoln/Ford product they have already earned my business. I will also be sending anyone I know there way...Now, when does the new Bronco come out? I want a new toy!! Bernie and Mark are your go to guys for anything Lincoln/Ford - Thanks Team Sentry!
