Wonderful Yoga Studio with bunch of great people. The teachers are amazing, the owners are super welcoming and friendly. Yoga can be intimidating in the beginning especially for a guy like me who has never tried yoga. I ended up signing up for a month. Thanks to people here, I am looking forward to every class, the atmosphere is perfect no matter what your flexibility and fitness level are. Thanks

Awesome brand new yoga studio in San Joaquin, Laureles! They are primarily a Bikram Yoga studio, but also offer a few other types of yoga. The owner & teacher Aafke is really friendly and welcoming, and she speaks English! If you've never done Bikram before, it would be a great unintimitating place to get started. After only 4 classes, I've already seen a huge difference in my strength and flexibility! It's the same 26 postures every class, so it's really easy to work on perfecting the poses and track your progress, which will be quick and rewarding! See you in class! :)
