I have been buying a GE cold and hot water valve here for at least three years. Their price for the part has been steadily rising. That GE solenoid valve breaks almost every year and it did again. So I went there the other day. Upon standing outside their store for like 20 minutes they gave me the part with a price DOUBLE the year before! I was very disappointed and left. I didn't want to be price gouged!

My grandparents who are in their 70's and in bad health needed the handle on their oven door replaced. They were told to bring their oven door in and then they were without an oven door for a whole month! During a pandemic where they can't eat out I might add... For a oven door handle? After a month of not having it and my grandpa having to go back, get it & bring it home... They had the latches locked so the door wouldn't fit back in it's slot! Therefore my grandpa had to take it back up there AGAIN for them to be repair it AGAIN... Horrible customer service.
