Our salesperson was Terrell in the purchase of our new 4Runner. We usually hate the car buying experience because of pushy salespeople and seemingly dishonest tactics when it comes to pricing and financing. We told him that we were only browsing at the moment. He took an approach of “We’ll put our best foot forward and you let us know if you would like to do business.” We set a price and they countered with an even better offer. We did some quick price matching and determined that we received a good deal for all the bells and whistles we wanted in that particular vehicle. We never felt pressured to buy. Overall, it was actually a pretty good buying experience compared to those we’ve had in the past. Would recommend.

Came here a week ago for a rear wiper blade, a key, and a remote for my sequoia. They had to order parts. Came back today to have the key and remote programmed. I was told after waiting about 2 hours that they couldn't program the remote and they weren't sure what the problem was but they didn't charge me for it. I get home to install my own wiper blade just to find out its not even the correct part. I could have bought a wiper blade like this from Walmart. I got it from the dealer so it would have the stopper on it (like the factory wiper.) I guess the parts guys there don't know what they're doing.

Went in to pick up some parts and was wanting to look at a supra and land cruiser but when entering I found out not a single employee was wearing a face covering. Not only is this against the governor's mandate but is also a major disregard for customer's safety and well-being. I would caution anyone that, like myself, could be set back in a huge way due to covid-19 from going here right now.
