Dr. Kelsey Bates is AMAZING!!!! She made me feel so at ease and took away ALL of my fears concerning my health issues. She is very knowledgeable, personable, yet professional at the same time. I would make her my primary NP if I could. The staff members at Freedom Health Centers are wonderful too. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I highly recommend Freedom Health Centers.

I respect the team at Freedom Health Center and their combined knowledge and expertise to completely help me! I will continue to recommend them. EVERYTHING is under one roof! You have Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and a therapeutic massage group ALL IN ONE PLACE. This is a great facility with great staff. It’s set up like a one stop shop where you can get your problems addressed from multiple avenues at the same time. The staff is all incredibly friendly and they genuinely seem to care about your well-being. Definitely a welcome change compared to other medical providers I have experience with in the past.

The comprehensive services available at Freedom were a savior. My lower back pain became became a 10/10 after running a marathon for the first time. Their approach quickly got me well enough to remain exercising vigorously with significantly decreased pain, and confident in starting a new 16 week training program for another marathon. The personal nature of the treatment from their staff makes going to visits enjoyable and they have given me the motivation And tools to treat my body the ways necessary to continue to achieve my fitness goals.
