The work they do is magic, I had lower back pain for a long time, bad habits from carrying work equipment. After a few visits, I felt so muck relief, making it easier to walk, exercise and work without spending the next day in pain. I would and have recommended them to anyone with back problems.

Debbie was absolutely amazing! Was my first ever dry needling experience and I can honestly say I left feeling like a new man when leaving. I went in with a sore and stiff lower back. Debbie suggested the dry needling to really work the glutes and my god did it work!! Highly recommended.

I would recommend to anyone and everyone. I have had multiple issues where the public health system has failed me time and time again. If you have a chronic issue or anything that has really be a ongoing issue I would highly advise to visit this clinic. They do things differently here. They don’t solve the symptom but they go straight for the root cause.
I had lower back problems combined with posture which led to very severe sciatica nerve! Honestly cannot recommend Garrett enough to realign back/posture over 6 visits including Debbie for Dry needles(15mins). Very professional and all step by step procedure steps explained etc. Thanks more energy and no more \IBUPROFEN
I cannot recommend Garrett & the team enough. I struggled with really bad sciatica after pregnancy & a flare of psoriatic arthritis. I had tried everything to try & get it sorted but nothing worked. After about 5 sessions with Garrett my life was back! I could walk again, pick up my toddler & run around after him. I’m now back running 5 & 10ks regularly. If you are having any back issues, just go. You won’t regret it.
