I pre-ordered online and still had to wait a full 15 minutes. They’d also forgotten to put the sauces in the bag. I works gave Gwen better off going through the drive through as standard as the queue wasn’t even that long

Visited during the covid pandemic 28.8.20. Probably not the best time time visit when Pontefract college was reopening!!! However...dining in service was fast with just a short wait for a table. The place was busy, yet the tables were cleared and food when ordered arrived super fast. What REALLY made this place sparkle tho was the staff. Super efficient, super friendly, amazing guys n gals.

Mcdonald's is always spot on. The service here is exceptional albeit with the restrictions it's harder to place an order via their app than it is to go in and ask. Not to mention the length of the drive thru cue due to current circumstances. Definitely recommend under any other circumstances however.
Ordered by the upp when at Colorado brunch and the upp relocated me to this one. Spoke to someone there about a refund as couldn't get there, and was offered nothing. Very disappointed with the person that I've spoken. Very very bad customer service. Will never use them again, and the app is useless for getting the location wrong.
