I took my Jeep there last week. Great experience as always. Andrew was fantadtic and so very easy to work with. He called before doing anything to my car so he could explain what was going on and what the cost would be. They provided me with a nice loaner car and made the process very convenient for me. Everyone in the dealership wore masks and observed social distancing. I always feel comfortable taking my car in. I know I will be treated with respect and be treated fairly.

Amazing experience here! My husband and I decided to just go look at cars not thinking we would be able to find anything nice enough and affordable but after meeting with Jay he understood our needs exactly and made sure he satisfied everything we asked for! We ended up leaving after a couple of hours and only test driving one car- our new car! Every time we've had to go back for picking up license plates or service has been a wonderful experience and Jay has always made us feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend going there!

A refreshing experience! Moe was so great and really took care of my wife and I. He listened to our preferences, and guided us along the way. Moe was super knowledgeable of all of the vehicles, and he took time to really detail each car's feature. He also helped guide our decision, without a single bit of pressure. His patience with my unlimited questions and inability to commit (haha!) was also worth noting! Thanks Moe!! The entire venue was clean, and even during the pandemic, it felt safe and comfortable. Mazda of South Charlotte is absolutely worth a visit for any car buyer!

I had the best experience at Mazda of South Charotte this past week! Hunter my sakes rep was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was never pushy and made me and my wife feel comfortable thought the whole process! Austin was out F&I contact. He was equally professional and friendly even when we did not take the services he was offering. When we came in, the receptionist made us feel welcome without it feeling pretentious. I simply hate buying cars at dealerships BUT Mazda of South Charlotte has changed our minds. All in all a great experience.!! :o)
