This is the best car dealership in the world. Sales and service both are 5 star as they know how to get things done and please the customer. I like that no one pushes you only guides you in what would best serve you. Scott in finance and Lisa in sales can't be surpassed. The entire service department is awesome and always at your service.

This was the 5th dealership I visited to buy a truck! I told them what I wanted and Steven found it within hours. They’re follow up was impressive and they made sure I received everything I asked for timely. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Deacons made me feel like I was the only customer that matter. I was given their undivided attention and and the entire staff congratulated me on my purchase and inquired about how I liked and felt about my new truck! They did all the work for me, all I had to do was tell them what I wanted, what I wanted to pay and finally sign the papers. That’s how it’s supposed to be. At the other dealerships I felt like I worked for them just to purchase a vehicle, but Deacons showed me that they were working for me and on my behalf; the proved they wanted my business and I’m well pleased. Thank your for your professionalism and friendly atmosphere! Steven and Scott, absolutely amazing people!

The salesman that I dealt with was knowledgeable about the features of the car, though not the MSRP of the car. He was polite and respectful. However, Deacon's monthly lease prices for 3,000 down were higher than the prices that I received from multiple other dealers for 1,000 down for the same car, same package, etc. I asked if there were any available rebates, discounts, etc. that could help make the price more reasonable and the salesman told me that there was wiggle room in the price and would see what he could do. The sales manager came over to speak to me and was rude and dismissive. He was not willing to negotiate their outrageously inflated price at all. He handled this conversation in a disrespectful, off-putting manner. I will not be going back to Deacon in the future and would not recommend this dealer due to their uncompetitive prices and the unprofessional behavior of their managerial staff.
