I’ve been a patient at Mawsley for 10 years and have always felt looked after and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else due to the polite Receptionists to the most accommodating and understanding manager, Caroline. I saw Sameer again recently and even with nerves he always makes me feel calmer. Always a professional I never doubt his expertise. I have recommended the clinic numerous times to friends and family who are now patients also.

Aimee at the dental clinic reception couldn't have been more helpful with super speedy e mail reply yesterday and registering me and my two children within a few minutes on the phone today. We were also offered to all have an appointment on same day one after each other within a month. Super service, thank you.

Having never visited Mawsley Dental Practice before last week, I was a little apprehensive as to how things would be post Covid. I really needn’t have worried at all, upon arrival I was greeted by the lovely business manager Caroline who carried out a temp check and ran through the practice protocols with me before handing me over to the lovely nurse, Emily. The practice is exceptionally clean, friendly, efficient, and well run. I worked at the practice for two days as a locum nurse, I had the pleasure of working with Dr Sameer and his nurse Emily where I helped to assist with their Implant cases and witnessing some amazing Dentistry firsthand. On my second day I assisted both the lovely Nadia and the wonderful Cherise, both hygienists working extremely hard to continue providing the best care for all their patients. As a locum nurse it can be a little daunting when arriving to practices for the first time given the current circumstances and the ever-changing rules within Dentistry. However, Mawsley Dental practice exceeded all expectations and offered a very warm yet safe welcome. I would highly recommend this practice and I look forward to being able to help again soon. I would just like to say a massive thank you to ALL staff members who helped me out last week and made my two days at the practice a pleasure. Best wishes Samm. (Cavity Agency Nurse)

I have been a patient at Mawsley for several years now,usually under the care of Dr Sameer Mohammed but once or twice with another Dentist at times of small emergencies. I joined when the Kettering practice I had been attending closed and several friends recommended Mawsley. I can sincerely say it was the best move I could have made because my teeth and their condition have improved. Efficiency begins with the team of receptionists who are welcoming(either over the telephone or in person) and it shows that customer care is important to them Caroline Delaney as Practice manager is a star who clearly leads her team by example. Caroline is a professional who cares and is key liaison between patient and Dentist. She has been particularly supportive to me in recent times. Dr Sameer Mohammed with his kindly demeanour somehow always puts me at ease,takes time in explaining options for my treatment and during treatment keeps me informed of each stage he is performing. To sum up - nothing is to much trouble for this wonderful team.

A truly excellent practice with even better staff. Welcoming, efficient and all round top tier. Cannot recommend enough. Caroline the practice manager was on call for within moments for a query I had regarding the next steps for my treatment and really put my worries at ease. 10/10

I was recommended to come to Mawsley by a good friend to join their NHS list, unfortunately their NHS book is full. But I was very impressed by their staff and the practice. The staff members there was so friendly and polite and their practice manager (Caroline) was such a lovely lady. The practice itself was also very clean and spacious and I felt very welcoming when I walked in.

Always a really good experience. Welcoming and friendly practice. Despite my fear of the dentist they have always put me at my ease. Sameer is a terrific practitioner and is thorough in his work. He is patient with his patients and I trust him implicitly. I have been with the practice for almost 10 years and would recommend him to anyone considering having any work done.
