Amazing staff and perfect customer experience in every department. These guys go above and beyond. Thanks to Trae and the riding team for their warm welcome and helping to prepare for the riding course. They will help get rid of any nerves you have. Big shout out to Scott on the sales team for helping me find the perfect ride. Without a doubt the most stress free, easy and smooth vehicle purchase I have ever made. Such a good experience I went back to buy a second ride from him! Seek him out if you are making a purchase. Make sure to hunt down Todd if you want the best help in getting your ride kitted out. The man knows all and will be sure to get you exactly what you need. The chaps in the service team are very accommodating to all bookings and certainly do a fantastic job on both servicing and add-on work. Never want to take my bike anywhere else. Trustworthy and honest guys. Thank you! Last but not least to all the gals in the store. Smiles all around and awesome team that go the extra mile to help you out when hunting down items. They are a great laugh.

I was dead in the water. Lost my key fob. I called and spoke with Chad. He got the driver over amd picked up my bike most rickey tick. Got my replacement fob, took care of a couple other things, and even washed my baby. Chad was great to work with. Excellent customer service. Great communication. Definitely recommend.

This place is so big, such a huge variety of bikes , clothes and accessories. You can find everything you want. People working here are very nice. They will help you as much as they can. Oh yeah, and also there is some food in there.
