After a long day spent at many different dealerships (including other Chevy dealerships) we stopped at Matt Bowers to check out their stock. My wife's lease was nearly up and we were looking for a Traverse. Our Salesman Adonis was excellent and let us test drive and look at many different models before finally settling on the one we wanted for our family. He had an answer for every question we asked about the car and made sure we got a great deal. Matt Bowers also helped us get out of our lease a little early and comfortably. He was great showing Dom where everything was and how to work it. definitely put him at ease. General Manager Jody Neil made purchasing the car easy. I purchased a car from them in 2015. Was brand new I was the only driver. I have brought my car to the dealership for the same problem for over 3 years. They would always claim to fix it and I would have the same problem. Now the warranty is expired and all of a sudden I need a new transmission. I recommend you go to the nearest mechanic. Don't think just because it's the dealership it will be right.Chevrolet has no problem screwing there customers. I will not be going back even for a oil change. We have been in the xhevy family forever. I guess now it's time for a Ford. Run they rip you off and keep your car.small claims court here I come

She knows her stuff and she is an expert at what she does. She made me want to spend money with Chevrolet. I have never been so happy to spend money in my life. She just made what seemed like a grueling process and excellent experience. I truly appreciated her advice and her attention to detail. This location is blessed to have such an asset. Bobby was also very friendly and professional. Overall it was the best experience I have ever had at any Chevrolet property.

My truck was there the week before. They said they fixed my ac. Took it home and it worked for a day. Just to call and the Rep Derrick states," oh sorry to hear that but your condenser came in so we can fix it." So they lied to me about fixing it. Also told me it would be a little over 1000.00 to fix my radio. I told them not to fix it and they did anyway. But the total due was 43.00. Sounds like Chevy scamming their customers to me. Not please and will take this a step further.
