So happy! I bought a tree of theirs from a local retailer that I couldn’t fine ANYWHERE else. When my kids accidentally damaged the wires after Christmas, I was so bummed as it looked like we wouldn’t be able to replace it since I could only find it at one store that 1) quickly sold out and 2) wasn’t getting more Christmas trees after Christmas. After looking at the box it came in, I got in touch with TopGrade not realizing they were a wholesaler. They responded and helped me purchase a new tree! James was super responsive and easy to work with- communicated well and was very helpful. Highly recommend.

There are many types of products in the showroom. Especially Christmas-related products are very diverse, as well as some other holiday items, stationery, and small crafts. The attitude of the staff is also very good! I feel great.
Placed an order with them online, delivery was quick. Item prices were great and great quality. Customer service was good when asking about shipping time as well.
