I recently booked into a cooking class with Masala Chai Cooking Classes and I’m so happy that I did. Over the past year I taken a keen interest in cooking, but my knowledge in this field is quite basic so attending this cooking class has been absolutely amazing in helping to build my cooking skills. I found Shilpi run a great class that was very informative, hands on and patient with all cooking levels. I was able to ask questions, learn new things and really take away important information which will help me on my cooking journey. The dishes that we cooked on the day were absolutely delicious, and will be on rotation in my home. Thank you Shilpi for welcoming me into your home and hosting these classes. I will definitely be back to learn more delicious dishes.

It was a homely, friendly and welcoming environment as if you are going to friend's dinner party. Participating/sharing the prep experiences with orhers and learning different aspects of Indian home Cooking (north, south) was very informative and educational! The End result was the pure deliciousness!

It was such a pleasure being welcomed into Shilpi's home to learn how to cook dishes that you don't always find on the menu in restaurants... Hands-on experience with a tasty meal to enjoy at the end. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try and expand their cooking skillset!

I participated in a recent Masala Chai cooking class and I was blown away! Incredibly fortunate to be welcomed into Shilpi's home and was treated to an amazingly varied menu of true traditional Indian cuisine. I'm often quite nervous about branching out and trying new foods, but I was plesently surprised that there was so much more on offer than a oily curry that I'd seen in every take out store. Fresh, fragrant and flavorful. Was a true Indian delight, highly recommended!!!

My first ever cooking class. Great. It was well planned and done in an entertaining way. I learned things that I haven't learned from books, and we finished with a delicious 3 course meal.
