I esp. like Amy, but all the girls and the guy working there are always respectful. If you avoid Mon & Fr you never have to wait long. Waiting area is nice. I usually make a Costco and Target run too.

I only came in once to set up an checking account, because I turned 16 and got a job. Didn't notice any inconvenience or rude employees. I did come during middle of the day though.

I normally love BECU but I've got to say you need to build a few branches with drive thru windows. It is very difficult for a disabled person to make a withdrawal or a deposit when I have to drag out my wheelchair, get into the building, and then have to try to get the chair back into my car. Please get some drive ups!

I am extremely disappointed with how long you have to wait. Other than that the employees are helpful and friendly.
