Absolute shocking customer service/after sales with brand new Range Rover constant problems since bought in December 2019 1st problem after just 2 weeks which took the car being in 3-4 times before they found the problem and constant problems since. Most the time unable to provide courtesy car whilst in for repair or even not able to book the car in for repair for 2-3 months as they’re too busy (maybe that speaks for itself.) Definitely would not recommend anyone!!

Very poor experience. Car went in for (prebooked) waiting appointment for recall work. Was told could work upstairs and did so. Could see car work was completed after 45mins as car was parked back up again but then 1hr later I had a phone call to say car could be collected (when I was waiting upstairs). So 1hr wasted and didnt get offered a drink once! This is the second time I have had bad after sales experience here. Great car and sales team but extremely poor after sales. Have previously bought new BMW and Audi's, never had a bad experience with either dealership. Come on Marshalls provide a better experience for a customer who spent a lot of money with you for a brand new vehicle 18months ago. When I come to refresh the vehicle I will be looking at other dealerships as expect better service!

For a company that sells luxury cars in excess of 50k their customer service is awful. My Range Rover is the most expensive car I’ve ever bought yet the service at Marshall’s is the worst I’ve come across from a main dealer. Very unhelpful, knowledge of my vehicle was awful and very rarely return calls when a message is left.
