I would have given a 5 before the pandemic. The long wait outside in the cold is the reason for a 4. Also the reception seems to be rude at times lately to my young daughter who is seeing the same doctor as I am. Dr Flemming is an amazing and approachable doctor. Dr Flemming give me back my life after prescribing Tremfya for my psoriasis. After years of creams at several other dermatologists that wasn't helping I am now seeing Dr Lynde since Dr Flemming left the clinic. Dr Lynde is very friendly and approachable too. Sonal and Victoria and clinical studies are amazing.

I had previously written a review that I have since retracted. In my prior review, I was unimpressed by the quality of customer service I received over the phone. However, after having visited the clinic for my appointment, I was delighted to find the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. I can tell the staff loved what they do. Dr Lynde was very amicable, takes the time to listen and understand my concerns. I had a thousand questions, and he was happy to answer them all. He was very clear in describing what needed to be done. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience.
Dr. Charles Lynde is professional, friendly, and kind hearted. Very happy on my visit. Thanks Dr. Lynde!
This is my second time coming here and it has been equally bad as the first. I’ve been sitting here half an hour for an appointment I showed up to on time. The line was out the door. The first time I waited 2 hours for a 5 minute appointment on a weekday morning that was supposed to be at 8:10. There is almost no parking, the gps keeps rerouting to the other clinic across the street and the one way streets are frustrating. The receptionists are usually busy and seem mildly interested in you amid conversations among themselves. The only remotely good thing was the actual doctor Charles Lynde who seems to be knowing what he’s doing. Still...a 5 minute appointment every 6-7 months is aggravating and my hair concerns are still left pending and unresolved. Poorly managed place, I’m only here because I have to be as this is the place my doctor recommended since he probably doesn’t know too many dermatology clinics. If I were you, go somewhere else and keep your peace of mind.
My experience with this clinic has been only positive. While it was admittedly difficult to book an appointment over the phone, the receptionists responded to my emails within a matter of hours (so, I highly recommend emailing). Though it was fairly busy, the receptionists are very well organized and I waited no more than two minutes yesterday for my appointment. The Doctor which I saw , Dr. Patrick Flemming, was particularly kind. He was extremely respectful, personable, and professional. I felt comfortable and confident in his care. The mole removal treatment which I received was entirely pain free – I didn’t feel a stitch of pain. Anyone going to this Doctor for a similar treatment should be confident knowing they will be in good hands.
My doctor refereed this 10 days ago. I called many times for 2 days. No one pick up the phone.
Excellent in all ways. 1st time there. Pleasant staff, busy but well organized. Filled out form and comfortably waited about 30 minutes while catching up with news on large TV prominently displayed. Saw Dr. Lynde who couldn't have been more pleasant and down to earth. He removed 3 small skin anomalies (1 cancerous) no charge. I know some places will charge 25 and up for each one. I highly recommend this Institute.
I have been going to this clinic for years. My mom recently had a dermatology issue so I recommended her to go here. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. People are complaining about parking? Really? Yes, they are busy but I care more about their competency. They've helped me a lot so the least I can do is write them a good review.
