We originally found Imperial Hearth at the home show and fell in love with what they had, but we were not quite ready to buy. When the time came for us to purchase our fireplaces, we went to see them and were very pleased with their customer service and knowledge. We picked based on their suggestion and were very pleased with the quality. When it came time for our install, they did a great job and we are so happy with our fireplace. I would definately recommend them.
The service I received was absolutely amazing at Imperial Hearth. I Love my gas fire place and I recommend shopping here. The heat it creates warms up my family room and creates such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere and not to mention it’s gorgeous. We will be purchasing from Imperial Hearth again for our new home. Very happy with our fireplace, the flame is exactly what was shown on the website. We had an issue with one of the logs but they sent us a new set as promised and it is awesome now. Highly recommend dealing with them.
