Great management, but greedy Technitions!! Once the Technicians arrive, watch out for their "Up-Sales". I had originally called, just to get my furnace replaced. Once the Technicians arrived, one of them advised me that i should also replace my whole A/C unit!... After explaining to him, that my whole A/C unit had only just been replaced about 2 years ago,...... he then re-examined it. After giving another look at it, he then agreed with me, that it indeed was in good condition and did not needed to be replaced after all. My new furnace is working great. The Only thing i can mention to my fellow human beings is that, Just please ONLY get the job done that you had called them for. The Technicians are sooooooooo sneaky!!!!. They will put you in doubt!!.... in order to persuade you into changing other appliances, so that they can make extra money on the side. A lot of other similar companies will probably try to pull the same scheme. This is the Only thing to look out for. Aside from that, the installation of the furnace was very good, and it is working great.

We've been happy customers of Exalted Services for years, for annual service and maintenance. last week our boiler stopped working so we placed a service call. Real people answer the phones at Exalted Services (no automated system). The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. He told me a service person could come tonight, and provided an accurate time estimate. They called back to tell me when the technician was on his way. The technician arrived and was extremely professional and kind. He fixed the boiler and got our heat back on, which was so greatly appreciated on this cold night. Despite the fact that it was late, he provided fantastic service with a smile. Thank you again Exalted Services!
I highly recommend Exalted Services fast, efficient and great customer service. They came by the house to measure the attic and the state of the existing Insulation. They provided a fair quote; and the work was scheduled within a couple days and was well done. They even extended and added to provide more ventilation. They offered me the opportunity to have a look at their work before the attic hatch was closed up, and they cleaned and vacuumed the room and closet as well. I will be using Exalted Services for all my future home improvement services.
Our furnace broke down this last week. Had four quotes for either variable fan motor repair or outright furnace replacement. Exalted Services came in with a competitively priced option on the new furnace because they scoped the work correctly vs the other companies. Exalted Services was able to provide costs for the repair and replacement. They also were able to provide next day service for either option. The decision to replace the furnace resulted in a new install. The crew that came to install was friendly, professional, clean and timely. I Would recommend this company to my friends and family
I bought a furnace from this company through their manager named Chris. He was a very nice gentleman and had a very professional attitude. The two installers worked quickly and with care. I am very happy with the way I was treated and with the end product. Thank you Chris for such a wonderful job.
