Great bike hire, owner was very helpful. Hired bikes to do the trail to Barmouth which starts very close to the shop. All day costs 20 which is a good price.

Great shop and very helpful on the phone to sort both my sons mountain bikes while we were on our holiday. He works on his own sorting hire bikes,sales and repairs and was always busy and professional. He fixed both bikes on time when we needed for a day of trials at coed brenin for a great price I couldn't rate this shop high enough. Many thanks we will return.

Don't try to hire a bike from here, as they don't have bikes! As a family of 6, we had paid for a days parking in town, got to the bike shop only to be turned away by a very rude man, and told not to come back all week as they were fully booked up!! It was only half past 10 on a Tuesday! He also failed to answer the phone which was constantly ringing away in the background whilst we were there. As a suggestion to this poorly run business, buy some more bikes, or put a sign up saying we have very limited stock. You are ruining many family's days out.

We were very pleased with the hiring of the bikes and enjoyed the The Mawddach Trail from Dolgellau to Barmouth. It was spectacular scenery and the bikes were great and well maintained to get us there and back with no hiccups. We got the bikes handed over to us at a safe distance and the customer service was excellent.

Drive 40 mins looking to hire a bike. The door is locked with no note on the door. We try and ring several times but nobody picks up. We manage to peer through the window to see some lights on so knock just incase. Finally a man comes down unlocks the door and tells us there are no bikes available to hire for the next 5 days. Very disappointing. You have a website, why isn't that information put on there? Its 2020 were in the middle of July and that's something you should be thinking about so people don't waste their time. Even a note on the door would have at least been a tiny bit helpful. It's not rocket science.
