The worst period. 1. Bought a film camera from them with a digital back for over a hundred dollars. The owner said it was "new" (wasn't new) and they HAVE to cost for 150 because it comes with a digital back. Went back home, turns out the digital back only goes up to 2008, you can't change the year beyond 2008. While I was purchasing this camera, the boss KNOWS (he set the date up when I was purchasing) and DIDN'T tell me that it only goes up to 2008 and still charge me 150 for a "new" camera. SCAMMERS. 2. Taking passport photos for renewal for my parent (closest place for me). The photos came out didn't pass the embassy's need, wasted MY time and MY money. The photos was off center, too zoomed in. They don't even know or bother to check what the photo requirements are. I HONESTLY don't know how this shop is still opened till this day. 1 time bad experiences, sure whatever, could be just bad luck. Twice? NAH. HELL NAH. STAY AWAY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. -1/10.
Very bad owner with low quality in professional and can not keep his promise. I took a visa photos for 10only with 4 paper vision , he told me he can give electric vision let me to come his stadio, when I went to his stadio ,he said the photo deleted, if I want electric photo, I must pay extra 10 . He is a cheater.
I called to ask if they were open and after they answered that they just hung up on me. I wanted to ask if they had the camera I wanted. What rude people!
Customer service is so bad ! The lady at the front very rude and the price is super high .
My grandma printed a bunch of photos from this store. They all came out terrible. Waste of money.
wide array of Fuji instax camera. lady who worked at the front was nice enough to explain which film fit my Gf's camera before i purchased it .
Waste of money. Give them the spec. of the photo and repeatedly gave us the incorrect ones.
