I just had to give these guys a review! We had a brand new fireplace installed (by another company) a year ago and it wasn't working. They left us high and dry. We got a hold of Comfort Connections and these gentlemen came to our home (we live quite a distance away) and not only did they fix the problem, but they sent us a gift card along with a lovely card saying they were happy they could help us out and that they were glad the fireplace was working. What an amazing company. This is quality customer service! Would very highly recommend!

We looked at so many gas stoves for our cottage. It was confusing as everyone we looked at was better than the one before. However, once we were introduced to the ARCHGARD line of fireplaces & stoves, we were hooked and felt additionally happy this was made in Canada. Jim Allison of Allison Heating and Air Conditioning recommended we make an arrangement with Comfort Connections, the exclusive distributor of Archgard Fireplaces. Although Comfort Connections sells only to contractors, they have a contractor showroom with many fireplaces on display to allow contractors to bring in their clients to look at the “show” on the fireplace. The show refers to the appearance of the gas flame. With Archgard , the show is amazing. The flame is big and bright, and easily adjusts up and down to how you want the flame. Once we decided on the model we liked, he delivered and installed it all in one day. We are very happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to recommend Archgard Fireplaces to anyone who likes a great looking fireplace that produces heat that can be controlled:
After many weeks of researching Ductless A/C, we decided that Daikin had the most features that we were looking for and decided to go ahead and we had a Daikin Ductless A/C installed in our radiator heated home. We had one unit installed on the 2nd floor and not only does it cool the 2nd floor, but it also makes a huge difference on the first floor. Allison Heating installed the system, but prior to installation, as the project was not as straight forward as a typical installation, asked Comfort Connections the Daikin distributor to provide a pre-inspection, just to confirm the size and location of the A/C unit. Tom confirmed the size and location and went on to explain that they provide this pre-inspection service, to their factory-trained contractors as an added service. they have found by offering this service, it eliminates any surprises to both the homeowner and the contractor at installation time and ensures a happy conclusion to the project. We are very happy with this Daikin equipment and Jim Allison heating and would recommend them both without hesitation

I always wait to publish a review as it should be tested. We can have one good experience which can be fluked. This is the 3rd project that I have done with Comfort Connections. My experience with them has been exemplary all 3 times. They are on point for price, delivery schedules and after sales support. I am now their loyal customer and being in the renovations business I am using them for all my projects. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Comfort Connections, wish all companies would work like they do. I own rental properties and they are the "go to" when it comes to ductless HVAC systems. I learned about them through one of my installers. He encouraged me to call them directly when I was interested in buying a Daikin AC for one of the small apartments. They were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering all my questions.
