It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We are seniors in our late 60’s and needed to move from our split level to a ranch and didn't want the hassle of placing our home on the open real estate market. My husband suffers from PTSD and the stress was getting to be too much along with packing and preparing to relocate. We spoke with a couple of companies like Mark Spain, but didn't feel comfortable with them or their offers. We prayed about our decision prior to the meeting and speaking with Chase the agent with Mark Spain, and seeing that he actually listen to us, it was the best decision to go with this company. It helps if your property is well maintained and your home is clean and everything in working order, there were a few things that we needed to do prior to selling but it all ran smoothly and no added stress was our goal. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to have a stress free experience of selling your house.
