Every employee here was courteous, professional, and good to talk to. The vehicle we bought had some hidden mechanical issues and we originally felt like we were headed for a bad experience. Both Julian our salesman and Jose, his manager called to apologize and started working to resolve my concerns. It took a day or two, but my patience was rewarded with efforts from these men that went beyond my expectations. They did not stop until they made it right in every facet. Flat out, these folks have integrity and have earned my trust.
Tony was an excellent and knowledgeable sales person. He took his time to explain several vehicles. He brought every vehicle to us with no hesitation. He considered the price range we were looking for and showed us both used and new vehicles. His patience was very apparent. He offered water and snacks several times and personal brought them to us. I even liked that he is a family man which showed in items in his office space. At the end of the day we got to see his nephew. There was not one person at Toyota that was not nice to us. It was a pleasure experience and we are proud of are purchase. You made our car buying experience a great one. We look forward to doing business with you in the future. I would highly recommend Toyota and any of the employees we encountered while there.

Very pleasant and socially distant waiting area. Everyone was wearing masks EXCEPT the man who told me to drive forward into the service area and then opened my car door before I could get a mask on. HE NEEDS TO WEAR MASKS ALSO, PEOPLE ARE LEARY OF EVERYONE, INCLUDING HIM. The Service Advisor, Brian Kessler, was very nice; he knows about customer service -- I believe he has worked there for decades. Very nice and satisfying experience, as usual. Marietta Toyota works for your business.
