She ran the money order through the machine took my elderly mother's identification and then said they do not cash a 2 wk old money order. \2 WEEKS OLD\ not 2 months or 2 years but \2WEEKS\!! I have never heard of anything so asinine in my entire life. I will never patronize this business again and I will tell all my family and friends not to.

I have a check issued from a bank outside of the state and this business refused to even go through the verification process. I have all my identification and the college financial aid office can be contacted yet they refused. The manager refused to speak with me and they simply turned me away. Very bad business. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well. If you have a business you do your job and that is as simple as it should be. I honestly believe it's because I'm a black woman. She plainly stated if we can verify the check when I asked what percentage they charge. To which I replied of course you can verify it. She took one look at me and refused to offer me basic customer service. Es racisto and prejudice against black people. Marietta is my hometown and I think these people need to know our history. I will tell my family members who own several businesses in the area to utilize other companies. The only reason I went there is because the bank that I was heading to closed before I could make it and I would have had to wait until Monday.

If they tell your your check has a high risk for FRAUD like they told me TWICE just go to Barron check cashing around the corner. I feel like the girls pick and choose whose cash to check. It’s fine. Just know that you won’t be getting MY MONEY. Thanks for pushing me to a better check cashing place who appreciates BUSINESS.
