My car had a problem in the engine with a strange behavior. They made me to replace the turbo charger and pay more than 2000 in order to fix the problem. After I got my car back I immediately realized the problem was still there. In a second investigation they finally found out that the problem was something bigger in the cylinders and unrepairable. They never admitted their mistake and making me pay this big money for nothing. Never again to them! Edit: Please don’t post lies in public! I came back to you on the same day I got back my car from the repair to complain that the problem was still there. You gave me an appointment with the general manager a month later! You made a second investigation in between free of charge because your mechanic knew that the first one was incomplete. I came to you in the first place and asked you to find what caused the problem to my car and agreed from the beginning to pay up to 300 for this investigation. After you checked my car it was your suggestion to change the turbo charger in order to fix it, not mine. I just followed your suggestion. The symptoms in my car before and right after the turbo replacement were exactly the same. Regardless if the turbo had also a problem or not, the problem of my car was apparently not just the turbo and you should have found this from the beginning. Your overall treatment to my problem was very unprofessional. I finally managed to sell my broken car privately for a price three times higher to what you offered to me. In your final offer to buy my whole car as it was after the repair, you didn’t even cover the costs I paid for the brand new turbo charger!

It seems to me, that this place isn’t especially hungry for new customers who want to buy a car. I opted to purchase my new vehicle at a different VW location. Friendliness and customer engagement could be improved from my perspective.

Nice place to fix your VW cars. It has also section for VW used cars.. but only VW. You will not find Audi or Skoda for example

Da aufgrund der aktuellen Lage der Verkaufsraum leider geschlossen ist, wurde ich von der netten jungen braunhaarigen Kollegin an der Information freundlich darauf hingewiesen, einen Termin mit einem Verkäufer auszumachen. Daraufhin wurde ich professionell beraten und bin daher sehr überzeugt von der Freundlichkeit und der schnellen Betreuung trotz Corona im Autohaus Oskar Bleicher. Beobachtet habe ich auch, dass alle Mitarbeiter sich an das Hygienekonzept mit den richtigen Masken und Plexiglascheibe am Arbeitsplatz halten. Freundlicher Service wird in dieses Haus groß geschrieben! Weiter so!!!
