I have been a State Farm customer for over 20 years. I have experienced hurricane damage to my home and 3 or 4 automobile claims. Each time I needed help, I was completely satisfied. When my first agent retired, Marcelo Perez took over and I was not really sure what to expect. Honestly, I cannot fully express the many ways in which Marcelo has been there for me. Marcelo has been looking out for me and my home and auto coverage as if it were his own property and his own money going into those premiums. Marcelo and his team have consistently provided outstanding quality customer service. Marcelo and Hortencia go the extra mile for their State Farm customers. Never have I been satisfied to this extent with an insurance agency. Surprisingly, when you dial the Marcelo Perez agency office phone number, Marcelo frequently answers the office phone himself. I had two recent claims on a vehicle involved in a wreck and then subsequently flooded ... both events were a total loss. Even though the vehicle was close to 20 years old, I was given the same quality service by Marcelo and the adjusters as if my vehicle were a late model car. The car was indeed an important part of my life because I had driven it so long. The transition of coverage to my newer vehicle went completely smooth and was personally and professionally handled by Marcelo to ensure I did not lose any of my previous discounts and coverage. If you are looking for 5 star service, look no further because Marcelo Perez and his team are truly one in a million. You will not be disappointed.
