I’ve had my car serviced at your dealership since I leased it over three years ago. This past Friday I received EXCELLENT service. I felt taken care of, I felt like my problem was addressed and cared about. I have never received such exceptional service and this was because of Shant. He took care of everything in a timely manner and made sure I was keep up to date on the timing of the service. He even made arrangements for me to have a rental car. He promptly called me when my car was ready and my car was the cleanest it has ever been when I picked it up. He is an exceptional service advisor. Great service !!!!!!!

Absolutely great dealership with great people. I had the best experience I could have ever asked for with Mercedes-Benz Maple. Dino, my sales representative, is a top notch sales person. He is very knowledgeable, very professional and answered all of my questions. He spent a lot of time to find what exactly I was looking for and made the entire process extremely smooth and enjoyable. Bryan, the sales manager, was friendly, caring, helpful and very professional. He provided exceptional customer service. I appreciate all his help to put together a great deal. Also, I would like to thank Vivienne, Financial Service Manager, for her excellent customer service, she explained everything in great details. Looking forward to working with them in the future.
I am writing this review in order to appreciate the excellent service that I received from my service advisor, Mr. Micheal Khan in Mercedes-Benz Maple. When I want to book a service appointment I always ask for Mr. Micheal Khan because of my great experience with him in the past. He is very patient and answers all my questions in a simple language. He always updates me on the status of my car while the car is in service or requires any repairs. He always makes sure that everything is taken care of on time. Last but not least, I am very confident that my car is in good hands, because of my great experience with Mr. Micheal Khan .
Excellent customer service. Solay, my sales rep, took really good care of us, he was very attentive and definitely one of a kind in the auto sales industry. Victor the finance manager really worked hard to get us the best deal. Highly recommend Victor. Joe, the car sales manager was awesome. He definitely took care of after sales service immediately and when I say took care, I mean it. From A-Z everything was taken care of. Last but not least, Chris the service manager is awesome. Haven't met a happier guy. I would hands down buy another car here anytime. Mercedes Maple, you have done a fantastic job at training and finding the best individuals to join your team. Keep up the good work, I will definitely be back for more.
