Sometimes its amazing, and sadly, sometimes it's not. I've had a fantastic double burger, fantastic shake and a great poutine here a couple weeks ago. Today I got the same thing and the burger was undercooked, could tell it was a preformed frozen patty, and the shake was chunky and tasted off. Still great poutine though so at least there's that. I've ordered their fish and chips and it's good but it's really expensive. I don't imagine I'll eat here again.
Ordered through uber eats Heavy hitter combo. I got additional toppings of sautéed onions and crispy onions. It tastes delicious ! Perfectly made well done patties as requested. Thank you guys and stay safe !
I normally do not write reviews for fast food restaurants but this location is great! It is clean, and the staff are amazing. The women working when my toddler and I came the other day were so kind to us. We really enjoyed our burgers and would come back again!
Waited 5 min in an empty restaurant for the lady to take my order, then an additional 10 min for my order to be ready. This was at 12:30 an night, since they close at 1 am I wasn’t expecting all the effort in the world. I ordered an 8 oz burger, the woman gave me two 4oz patties which were squished together with cheese that was in a million pieces and the bun was falling apart. I was so mad. Would rate 0 if I could. Go to McDonald’s across the street, it’s worse for you but at-least the quality is more consistent.
