2 young women handling a big PerfectSleeper. They managed even though one had a BROKEN FINGER! What is this company doing sending someone out with broken finger to do this work? I give 4 stars for the ladies' efforts - they got it in the house, set up, and installed & tested (OK, I helped a bit to get it accomplished). But, this company needs to re-think how they are treating their employees and, by extension, their customers.

We have already wasted months waiting for delivery of our product, followed by poor communication and no show for delivery date which inconvenienced us by wasting a day sitting at home for a no show. We were the ones to call delivery company several times after no show to see what's going on and were just told to keep waiting, delivery was on its way. Delivery never came. No courtesy call from Manko to apologize and update us. Phone call just went to voicemail after 5pm. Customer service rep Cory out of Fort Myers office was low-energy, put us on hold several times, and had a rude tone on phone. Again, no communication from driver in morning to apologize for no show and running late. To end off on a bad note, delivery guys said their instructions are to drop off big items at front door, not roll to designated spot. Our Amazon instructions state to clear path and prepare for delivery to room of choice. We were so exhausted from this poor customer service, we just decided to return the product so after all this time, drivers hauled off item again. Plus item looked damaged in 1 corner. The drivers tried to help but had limited staff and equipment to get the job done. They even mentioned that we are not the first to return a large item due to miscommunication and delivery issues. It seems to be the norm. Very unprofessional. If any businesses out there are looking for 3rd party delivery companies, stay away from Manko.

Total failure to deliver product and dd keep customers aware of changes. Please never use this company. Unreliable, unprofessional, and boarder
Worst delivery experience ever... dropped my 1500 dollar dresser on the driveway and left... worst part is that they completely destroyed it and now I have return it to the selling company and they have to come and pick it up. What a place so sad to see what we were expecting so happy. We were heartbroken.
Great service. I really didn't know this delivery service. I purchased some large metal struts. Manko did the delivery. Excellent service, Fast and reliable. Delivered all the way into my garage. Awesome. Thanks.
No show the first day when delivery was confirmed.No show the second day when delivery was once again confirmed.Third time I called the company that was shipping the product and cancelled the order.How many times do you have to stay in hoping for a confirmed delivery.M.Sharp
The Tampa dispatcher lady was great to work with understood my issues and resolved them immediately. The driver very professional and accommodating with our deliver. Would use them again and recommend them as a delivery service.
